To stop the processing of your personal information, email support@aigen.mobi. This may involve uninstalling the App from your device.

To opt out of sharing device identifiers and geolocation data, modify your device settings as outlined in section VIII.

REQUESTS

Direct verifiable consumer requests for accessing, transferring, or deleting personal data to support@aigen.mobi. State "Your California Privacy Rights" in your request.

Be ready to provide enough information for us to verify your identity and clearly state your request.

We aim to respond within forty-five (45) days after receipt. If more time is needed, we will inform you in writing.

• Contact Information: Acquired when you reach out to us. Managed and processed by our cloud storage provider, Amazon.com, Inc.

Automatically Processed Information

With your consent, we deploy third-party technologies for data analysis, encompassing:

• Internet Connection Details

• Geolocation Data

• Other Device Identifiers

• Application Usage Data

• Cookies and Similar Technologies

Payment Information

Managed by our e-commerce partner (Apple) for in-app transactions. We do not access or manage your credit or debit card details.
